Does the hotel have parking facilities?

Yes, we have outdoor and indoor parking, both with a supplement and subject to availability. The indoor car park is connected to the hotel by lift.

Unfortunately, our hotel does not allow pets.

I have been offered a gift voucher. How can I use it? Does it have an expiry date?

As indicated on the voucher itself, to make your reservation you must check availability by contacting us by email at lodgepark@lodgeparkhotel.ad or by telephone on +376 871787. The dates of the gift voucher are detailed on the voucher.

I have made a reservation to stay at the hotel in a few weeks. Can I book the spa now or do I have to wait until I arrive at the hotel?

We recommend that you book the spa before arriving at the hotel, as capacity is limited to ensure we offer the best experience at Lodge Park Spa. Admission to the spa is always by reservation.

Can children access the spa?

Children of any age can enter the spa. If they are under 14 years of age, they can only enter during the times reserved for families (Spa Family) and must always be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years of age).
