Andorra Skimo
21 and 22 February 2026
Fans of the ski mountaineering prepare the skis and the seal skins. This is the occasion to cross Andorra through its snowy mountains. The SKIMO returns to Andorra, a test of mountain skiing that stands out both for the distance it implies and for the beauty of the natural sites that the participants will visit.
The competition takes place in different events for teams of 2 or 3 people and counts towards the Open races of the FEEC calendar (only teams of 2 people).
The Skimo 02
A 14 km. hike starting from the Sorteny car park at 1,985m and finishing at the Ordino-Arcalís resort at 2,100m. Teams can be of 2 or 3 people from 15 years of age and in the children's version, minors must be accompanied by an adult.
The Skimo 04
A long-distance race in the high mountains that links the two valleys of Andorra and has a distance of 40 km.
The Skimo 06
This race includes 30 kilometers and 1500 meters of elevation gain, with the start and finish in Grau Roig.
The Skimo 08
This race takes place in two stages, covering a distance of 34 km. The first stage starts in Grau Roig and the second in Sorteny.
The Skimo 10
This impressive race, now a fixture on the ski mountaineering calendar, is suitable for both professionals and amateurs of this sport. It is also a two-stage race, with a length of 46 km and an elevation gain of 4,000 meters.
